By dealing with us it shall be automatically understood and agreed upon , that client , supplier and mediator must try their best to maintain confidentiality of the product, pricing, commercial, sourcing, and business information

Not to share, copy, publish, distribute nor disclose confidential information to any third party without prior written authorization.
Take reasonable measures to protect files, documents, credentials, quotations, business records, and other confidential information.
Not use confidential information for personal, commercial, competitive, or unauthorized purposes.
Return or securely delete confidential documents and information when requested or when the work or business relationship is completed.
Confidential information does not include information that is already publicly available through no fault of the recipient or was lawfully known before disclosure.
