Rohan [Sarthak’s friend]
Sarthak as a friend was something I was truly blessed to have in my life. In all my phases of life, I have never had a friend like him, who would always make me smile no matter how I am feeling. He always understood what I am going through , even though I never was able to understand his problems, he made an effort to understand mine and even tried to offer solutions. Innocent as he was, he had no Ill intentions for anyone, even those who hurt him. It always gave me warmth, happiness and most importantly courage, to see him smile even in the face of countless obstacles in life.In the short while he lived, I believe he lived life to the fullest, always wanting to be completely involved in everything he did and always dreaming for a bigger and bigger goal to achieve, regardless of how difficult it seemed.Lastly I would like to acknowledge him for who he thought himself to be in this world,an artist and the GOD OF HOPE.

Glenn [College Friend]
Sarthak was so much more than a friend, he was like my mentor,coach, gaming buddy and work partner. When the pandemic first started he advised me to start taking courses so I can get better. He would always help me and never gave up on me. The times we spent playing games together and creating memories is one thing I will never forget. Sarthak always had this dedication to get things done may it be for projects or in game, he had this fire in him to see it through. It was very inspiring. He was also one of the bravest people I knew. If something wasn’t right he would stand against it even if it was our own teachers. There were times where even when we had arguments we would always resolve it and get back together. Sometimes I used to feel that he didn’t want to hang out with me but now I realize it wasn’t true. He never gave up on me .

Amazing work he’s done. So proud of our boy! His sweet, peaceful smile and his ‘never-complaining’ nature will always remain in my heart.
Meghna (Sarthak’s scribe and teacher from DLRC)
He was an inspiration and I always told each batch about him… I remember his twinkling eyes and his gentle manners!! He will always be in our fondest memories!
From Sarita, his Sociology teacher [DLRC}
I’ve seen him grow up from a bubbling child in VVS to a wheelchair bound smart young lad at DLRC. His amazing effort in understanding how to answer Socio questions and his impeccable handwriting is still fresh in my memory. Our heartfelt condolences to you and your family and we pray that you all have the fortitude to tide over. The only solace is that the child’s suffering has come to an end. My eyes fill with tears and my heart with sadness as I reminisce on the beautiful memories of the gentleman of my sociology class and of my first batch. I am happy and blessed to have a sketch made by Sarthak for me which I’ve laminated and kept for posterity. He made a beautiful hand sketch for me of an imaginary character for a gaming app that he was creating before he left DLRC on graduation day and I’ve gotten it laminated.

Vandana Suryavanshi [ Teacher std 8]
Sarthak always holds a special place in my heart. As a student he was always smiling and eager to learn. His curiosity and desire to learn everything like every other student is a lesson in itself. He always carried with him patience, determination and a cheerful smile.
